SÖRBO 3X4 SQUEEGEES 40 degree with Safety Plastic End Plugs

The worlds safest, lightest, longest and straightest squeegees . 5"(13CM) to 78"(195CM) SÖrbo Cobra Adjustable squeegee with 40 degree safety end plugs is the highest standard squeegee in the world. Like all SÖrbo squeegees it is adjustable with 4 settings which make it possible to reduce firmness when cleaning windows as high as a 45ft./13 meters building. This squeegee is the only patented squeegee today with 3 patents and it is the most revolutionary squeegee made. An 18"(45cm) weighs only 4.8oz. (.52kg.) The squeegee rubber is secured with one interior and one exterior end clip. The interior clip is incorporated in the same end, left side, as the SÖrbo 3x4 Logo. Replacement rubber is inserted from the opposite side. SÖrbo squeegee channels are extruded high quality aluminum alloy. As a result they're extraordinarily rigid and strong, but lightweight, allowing us to manufacture them in lengths previously impossible. Being rigid, they apply even pressure from end to end, assuring streak free windows. Longer lengths enable you to cover a larger area in less time. As a matter of fact, with SÖrbo equipment you can accomplish up to three times as much within the same amount of time.

SÖRBO'S REVOLUTIONARY PLASTIC END PLUG

The SÖrbo Cobra Squeegee with the 40 degree Angle Safety End Plugs is the safest squeegee on the market with very unique characteristics. It is practically impossible to scratch glass and frames and it is the lightest and most rigid squeegee. If you do extension pole work this channel will benefit you more than any other squeegee.

Picture yourself cleaning a window on the 3rd floor of a building and imagine the vinyl seal that surrounds the window frame. Sometimes this will distort the rubber blade and leave water behind. This can be prevented by cutting the rubber blade roughly a 1/4" shorter than the channel which will be 1/8" shorter in each end when centered. Now picture the safe polypropylene end plug gliding safely against the frame without scratching and the rubber blade sliding against the window without bending. (See Fig. 1) You can also trim the corner off for a better fit at a 35 degree angle.(See Fig. 2)

Remember that the plug closest to the SÖrbo 3x4 Logo has a tighter opening that will keep the rubber blade secured in the channel. Always insert the rubber blade in the opposite end which is open. If an end clip is needed, insert on the back side where the angle is furthest from the end of the channel end plug.

FluoroSeal C is a penetrating, water-based, fluoropolymer sealer concentrate that provides a transparent, durable,non-film forming barrier against oil and water on stone, tile and masonary surfaces

Application:

Read the product information before application.

The surface to be treated should be clean and free of all contaminants.
The surface can be damp or wet, however FluoroSeal C should not be applied to a surface that has pools of water. The pools should be removed using a broom or cloth prior to application.
Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours of application. Do not apply if extreme weather conditions are expected. Do not apply if surface temperatures are above 30oC.
FluoroSeal C is a concentrated sealer and should be diluted as follows prior to application:
1 Part FluoroSeal C
3 Parts Water
A test prior to application must be performed to assess the suitability of the product.
FluoroSeal C may be applied using a brush, roller or a low-pressure hand sprayer.
The treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point in a single application or in two applications ‘wet on wet’. Do not allow pooling of sealer. Pools can be spread out using a soft bristled broom or lamb’s wool applicator.
Excess sealer must be removed before drying.
Any overspray on adjacent surfaces such as glass, metal or painted surfaces should be wiped clean with a damp rag before the sealer dries.
Full curing may take up to 3 days. Avoid traffic for at least 24 hours.
Equipment clean up can be performed with water.

Important Notes:

FluoroSeal C is a penetrating sealer. It bonds with substrate capillary surfaces providing superior oil and water repellent properties. The capillaries however, remain open therefore prolonged contact of stains increases the likelihood of staining. It is strongly recommended that stains should be cleaned as soon as possible to avoid possible permanency. Ease of cleaning is greatly increased with FluoroSeal C treatment.
The sealer will not prevent surface etching or wearing.
A slight surface darkening may occur on some substrates

Personal Safety, First Aid, Storage & Handling:

FluoroSeal C is a non-hazardous material. However, good industrial hygiene practises should be followed when using this product. Always wash hands after use. Consult the safety data sheet for use and handling recommendations.
The product has a shelf life of 2 years in sealed containers under 25oC. It should be stored in closed containers in a cool, dry place.
