At Window Cleaning World, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty on all items sold, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

The following are not covered under our standard warranty:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect

Improper storage or handling

Damage caused by exposure to harsh or corrosive chemicals
Damage resulting from chemical exposure, including corrosion, seal degradation, or material breakdown, is not covered under our standard 1-year warranty.
How to Make a Claim
To lodge a warranty claim:

Download and complete our Warranty Claim Form.

Email the completed form with proof of purchase and supporting photos or videos to helpdesk@windowcleaningworld.com.
We’ll assess your claim and get back to you within 2–5 business days.
What Happens Next

If your claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item (at our discretion).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as faulty under warranty.
