Warranty Policy

At Window Cleaning World, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty on all items sold, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials

  • Workmanship issues

Exclusions

The following are not covered under our standard warranty:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products that have been modified or altered

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh or corrosive chemicals

Damage resulting from chemical exposure, including corrosion, seal degradation, or material breakdown, is not covered under our standard 1-year warranty.


How to Make a Claim

To lodge a warranty claim:

  1. Download and complete our Warranty Claim Form.

  2. Email the completed form with proof of purchase and supporting photos or videos to helpdesk@windowcleaningworld.com.

We’ll assess your claim and get back to you within 2–5 business days.


What Happens Next

  • If your claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item (at our discretion).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as faulty under warranty.
