1. Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Email helpdesk@windowcleaningworld.com with your invoice number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive an RMA Number – We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with your return.
  3. Pack the Item Securely – Ensure all original packaging and accessories are included.
  4. Ship the Item – Use a trackable shipping method to send your return to the address provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. In-Store Returns

  • Yes! You can return items in-store during normal business hours.

8. Packaging Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • If packaging is missing or damaged, a restocking fee may apply.
