SiF SilaSeal Enhance – 20L Ready to Use

SilaSeal Enhance is a water-based, penetrating polysiloxane sealer for stone and concrete surfaces. It helps resist water and oil-based staining while enhancing surface colour and maintaining a breathable, non-film-forming finish.

Suitable for decorative concrete, natural stone, travertine, sandstone and granite.

20L ready-to-use sealer. No dilution required.

Dilution

Use undiluted. Mix thoroughly before application.

Application

Read the product information before application. Always test the product on the intended surface to assess suitability before treating the entire area.

1. Clean the surface thoroughly, removing all contaminants.
2. Damp or wet surfaces are acceptable, but remove standing water with a broom or cloth.
3. Postpone application if rain is forecast within 24 hours or extreme weather is expected. Do not treat surfaces hotter than 30°C; cool them with water beforehand if necessary.
4. Mix thoroughly before use.
5. Apply with a saturated brush, roller, paint pad or low-pressure hand sprayer, evenly saturating the surface.
6. Spread puddles with a soft broom and remove surplus sealer before drying.
7. On smooth or non-textured surfaces, wipe or buff dry to remove excess.
8. Further coats may be applied to achieve the desired effect. Follow the same application method, ensuring even coverage and removing excess before drying.
9. Immediately wipe overspray from glass, metal or painted surfaces using a damp cloth.
10. Keep traffic off for at least 24 hours. Complete curing can take up to three days.
11. Wash application equipment with water.
