The 25Ah battery provides approximately 5–6 hours of continuous operation, depending on usage conditions.

Can I buy a spare battery?
Yes, spare batteries are available for purchase for extended operations.

What happens if the pump fails?
NWC offers a 3-month commercial warranty for the pump and components. If a failure occurs within this period, simply ship it back to NWC(Western Sydney), and they’ll repair or replace the necessary parts and return it free of charge.

What if the pump fails after 3 months?
Ship the unit backto NWC, and for $180 (including parts, labor, and return shipping Australia-wide), they’ll replace the pump.

What about the housing?
Our aluminum housing is incredibly durable. If you manage to damage it, you’ll earn a crisp high-five for effort! However, damage from abuse isn’t covered under warranty. Under normal use, this housing is built to last for generations.
