How long does a battery last?
Battery life varies, but a 5Ah battery should last around an hour under normal conditions.

Can it work with other battery brands?
Unfortunately, no. Many other brands integrate their BMS into the tool, which could risk battery damage. However, we offer a model with its own rechargeable 25Ah battery for those seeking an alternative.

What happens if the pump fails?
NWC provide a 3-month commercial warranty covering the pump and components. If a failure occurs within this period, simply ship it back, and we’ll repair or replace the necessary parts at no charge (including return shipping).

What if the pump fails after 3 months?
You can ship it back to NWC, and for $180 (including parts, labor, and return shipping Australia-wide), we’ll replace the pump.

Is the housing covered by warranty?
Our aluminum housing is incredibly durable—if you manage to break it, you’ll earn a crisp high-five for effort! However, abuse or intentional damage is not covered by warranty. Under normal use, it will outlast your family tree.
