A hose reel and delivery hose are not included. Use a suitable existing setup or choose the matching reel version where available.

The DI tank is supplied without resin inside for transport. Resin is supplied separately with this package and needs to be loaded before use.

Optional solar cleaning setup

For solar panel work, consider a Gardiner Ultimate Stiff 14in brush and Super Solar Scrapers. The Quick-LoQ Double Adapter is already included in this package. These solar tools are sold separately. Follow the panel manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

FAQs

What else do I need to get started?
A suitable water supply, access to the windows and a setup appropriate to the job are required. This version does not include a hose reel or delivery hose, so allow for those if your existing equipment does not cover the required distance. Check the linked pole specifications when choosing a package; storey labels do not guarantee access to every building.

How do I know when to change the resin?
Use a TDS meter to check the water leaving the system, and follow the system’s operating guidance. Resin life depends on feed-water quality, flow and use; check output regularly rather than relying on a fixed service interval.

Does the DI system come filled with resin?
No. Resin is included separately with this fixed package for transport. Fill the tank and check the output water before cleaning.

When should the pre-filters be replaced?
Follow the DI system’s maintenance guidance and check the pre-filters regularly. Feed-water quality and use affect the replacement interval.
