How Shipping Works at WCW

At Window Cleaning World, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to do in case of delays or issues.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM Sydney time are typically dispatched the same day (excluding large or custom orders that may require additional handling time).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
  • Australia Post Regular: The most economical option for smaller items, ideal for non-urgent orders.
  • Australia Post Express: A faster option for smaller items at an additional cost.
  • Direct Freight: A reliable and efficient service for both small and large items.
  • FedEx International: Available for international shipments (customs duties and taxes may apply).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro QLD, NSW & VIC: 1-2 business days
  • SA & WA: 4-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7+ business days
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

Potential Shipping Delays

We strive for fast delivery, but some factors may cause delays:

  • Carrier delays (peak seasons, route disruptions)
  • Severe weather conditions (storms, floods, fires)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses (double-check your details before placing an order)
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)
  • Multiple-parcel shipments (items may arrive separately)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked "delivered" but has not been received, contact us within 3 days so we can assist you promptly.

Returns 

  • Returning Items: To return any unused items, please see our policy here. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
