How often do I need to replace the membrane?
- With proper use and maintenance, you can expect 2+ years of use from the RO Membrane.
When do I need to replace the resin?
- When the water reads higher than 20ppm coming from the DI tank
How often do I need to replace the Sediment and Chloramine Reduction Carbon pre-filters?
- Regularly inspect the filters - They will turn completely brown and need replacing, this will vary with differing water sources
What hoses can I use with the X-ION Max RO?
- We recommend using hoses with an Inner Diameter (ID) of 8mm or larger to maximize flow to the pole tube - Excessively long or small diameter hoses can dramatically affect the flow and pressure
